As previously announced, there will be no school for students on Monday, January 22. Our curriculum partners ISS and Lumo will be the week of January 22-26.
ISS/Lumo Coffee Morning - Wednesday, 24 - 8:30-9:00 a.m.
Michelle Kuhns (ISS) and Sanna Dearaujo (Lumo) will be showcasing the work we've done this year with our professional staff to further illustrate how we are unifying the Finnish and American philosophies and pedagogies.
We hope you are able to join us in the multi-purpose room on Wednesday!
After School Activities Sign Up
Please review the email sent by Mr. Thompson, our Athletic Director regarding the after-school activities sign-up process for Pre K 4 to grade 10. Contact Mr Tompson at a.thompson@das.ac.ma if you have any questions.
Sign-Up Dates and Schoolsbuddy:
- The sign-up period will begin on 23rd January and close on 31st January.
- Please look out for an email on 23rd January, which will include instructions for our new sign-up system. It is an easy system to navigate.
- We will be holding a guidance session 23rd January at 3:30 pm to assist anyone who needs help with the new system. Please bring a laptop or phone if you plan to attend.

Lost and Found
As a reminder, we have many lost and found items here in the school. Please see the list below if your child has lost an item.
Mad Science
Today we had an opportunity to watch a science presentation in the MPR by the “Mad Science” group. They were demonstrating science concepts and will also be offering an after school club for students in grades 1-5.
SeeSaw Update.
For parents of students in grades Pk3-3, Please make sure you have accepted the invitation from the homeroom teacher to join the class SeeSaw. SeeSaw offers a view into what the learning experiences your child is having. Teachers in Pk3, K,1 and 3 have sent an assignment home through SeeSaw to be completed by parents before Monday. If you are not in SeeSaw, please speak with your child’s homeroom teacher.
